February is truly my favorite month of the year! One obvious reason is that my birthday is the 23rd. But another reason is Valentine's. I love the love.

You, and your loved one will enjoy a very special, intimate class! Find and deepen your connection to yourself, your breath, and your partner. Bring your inner child, sense of adventure, and an open mind. Together you will spend 90 minutes of exploration moving together, doing partner stretching and awakening the core. Class will conclude with you nestled together in an aerial cocoon. Leave feeling relaxed, renewed and connected to your love. Ok, but maybe you are single, or you know your significant other well enough to know he's not going to get any of the hints above. It's possible that mystery filled chocolates and romantic candlelit dinners are totally your thing, but if you're dreaming about celebrating the love you have for your girlfriends, Galentine's Day is it! Basically, it's like Valentine's Day, only instead of celebrating the love you have for your significant other, you spend it with your best girlfriends, who are, after all, your soul mates, and therefore deserve a holiday all to themselves, too.
